Adam is an award-winning financial journalist who founded and managed Bloomberg News' Atlanta Bureau after working as a research analyst on Wall Street. In 1998, after leading Bloomberg’s award-winning coverage of the 1997 tobacco industry settlement, Adam co-wrote the book “The People vs. Big Tobacco.” While at Bloomberg, Adam won several major national and regional journalism awards. He won the Gerald Loeb Award in 2002, business journalism’s highest honor, and was twice a finalist for the Loeb.
